S.V.Rutter Limited was established in 1976 and has a proud history of successful building projects over the last 35 years. We are a family run and owned and run company, formely based in Blyth, Northumberland but are now working out of our new office building in North Tyneside
We specialise in building, civil engineering and roofing contract work, which includes:

We regularly cover from Berwick to Teeside and across to the west coast but often work further a field, having undertaken projects as far North as Aviemore, Glasgow and Dundee and as far south as Derbyshire and Eastbourne, East Sussex.
Our Company continues to grow. We have expanded our commercial property portfolio and have grown into the property development and house building markets.
Our most prestigious developments have been completed at Percy Gardens, Tynemouth, St George’s Terrace, Jesmond and East Heddon Farm buildings. We have recently completed the construction of 30 units in the town of Alnwick, Northumberland with further sites in Blyth, Northumberland, New York and Camperdown in North Tyneside and Canonbie in Dumfriesshire for future development.
