SV Rutter has been affliated with the building industry's largest trade organisation, the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) for over 30 years.  The FMB promotes standards of excellence and helps its members to continually improve levels of business performance and customer service.  FMB members are carefully vetted before they are allowed to join, and are required to adhere to a strict Code of Practice.

SV Rutter is affliated with Constructionline the UK's register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction-related suppliers.  Owned and endorsed by the Department for Business, Enterprise & Regulatory Reform (formerly the DTI), this affliation ensures that SV Rutter adhers to codes of practice related to modern building services and procurement. 

Constructionline registration is a key requirement for Local Government pre-qualification and tendering processes.
